Apples & Peanut Butter

An excellent snack, if you need to snack, is apple and almond butter or peanut butter, of course sugar free and all-natural. Don't forget, it is important to eat 6 meals a day! It is okay to snack, as long as it is healthy snack. This is relatively healthy! Because you need to be able to crave, and most of the time if you dont satisfy your cravings, it will effect your mood. So here is to a healthy yumma snack! :)

Exercise = healthy food

One of the best things about working out, is that you automatically start eating healthier. I know that it is good eating carbs when you are working out a lot, however, I have found that it is very hard for me to eat loads of bread, pasta, etc. If I have worked out in the morning, I was to come home and eat a healthy fruit salad and an eat, something that is light and fresh. Or if I am working out at night and heading home for dinner, I don't fill my plate with pasta. I don't know if you are experiencing the same thing? But it is really helping me. SO say yes! to exercising. It will not only get your energy up, it will also help you eat lean meals :)
